Moody's Analytics has found many absurd cases in its shell company analysis: directors as young as 5 and as old as 942 years! Out of 472M companies, 19M raised a single red flag, while 900,000+ had multiple. The business services sector leads in red flags, followed by wholesale and retail. Italy and Spain show alarming concentration of corporate control; the United States tops the list for financial anomalies.
