Half of UK workers would quit if hybrid work is dumped, study shows

A Microsoft survey in the UK found that 51% of employees with the option of hybrid work said they'd quit if their companies abandoned it, with 33% saying the full-time office would make it difficult to retain new talent. Further, 25% felt it would hurt productivity. The data tallies with another study which found that 40% of US workers would quit if asked to return to the office full-time.
